Edit or Delete Anytime Feedback
Your role determines whether you can edit or delete anytime feedback and change its visibility settings. The different permissions depending on the role are described here.
Author of the feedback
If you created an anytime feedback for yourself or for others, you can revise, delete, or change the visibility settings of the feedback.
Manager
As a manager, you can't edit or change the visibility settings for anytime feedback that others have given to your reports. You can delete that feedback only if you’re the author of the feedback, or if you also have the HR specialist role. If you need edit permissions, contact your administrator for the required privileges.
HR Specialist
HR specialists can delete anytime feedback received by the employees in the organization, when the feedback visibility is set to Everyone, Managers Only, Managers, peers, and [Employee], or Managers and [Employee]. They can delete any feedback that they create, regardless of the visibility setting.
They can hide public feedback that they haven't authored, if the feedback visibility is set to Everyone or Managers, Peers, and [Employee].
HR specialists must have the Hide HCM Person Note and Delete HCM Person Note aggregate privileges in order to delete or hide the anytime feedback.
To edit or delete anytime feedback, follow these steps:

Go to the Feedback page.

In the Feedback Given to [Employee Name] section, you can optionally filter the list by the recipient's name or feedback period.

Click Edit next to the feedback that you want to revise or delete.

Change the visibility or edit comments, as required, and click Save. To delete the feedback, click Delete.
To edit or delete the anytime feedback you added for yourself, go to and follow the same procedure as above.
