How You Configure Resubmission Alert Notification

When a transaction is resubmitted for approval, the initiator receives an alert notification. You can configure this notification.

Search for and select the TAC_RESUBMIT_ALERT alert in Alerts Composer. Edit the template and configure the notification according to your organization’s requirements.

You can use the functions listed in this table to configure the alert notification.

Function	Description
recipient_list	List of recipients
initiator_UserName	User name of the initiator of the approval transaction
process_name	Name of the approval process
object_name	Name of the object submitted for approval. For example, goal plan name.
