View Anytime Feedback Given to You

There are many ways to view anytime feedback that you received.

Here are some ways to do it:

  • Go to Me > My Public Info. Click Show More on the left navigation pane and select Feedback
  • Go to Me > Career and Performance > Feedback

  • Go to Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Career and Performance > Feedback

The Feedback Given to Me section on the Feedback page lists the feedback you received. You can filter the list based on the author of the feedback or period of feedback (for example, past six months).

For each feedback, you can view these details:

  • Name of the employee who gave the feedback

  • Date of the feedback

  • Visibility of the feedback

  • Contents of the feedback

Note: If the feedback is set to Visible to Everyone or Visible to Managers, Peers, and [Employee], you can hide it by clicking the Hide link. The person who receives feedback and the HR specialist who has administrative oversight of the person can hide the feedback, if the content isn't appropriate. Only the person who hides the feedback can unhide it. The author can view the feedback and see that it's hidden.

You can thank the feedback provider by selecting Send Thank You from the Actions menu. You can thank the feedback provider multiple times for the same feedback. Any others (including HR specialists) who can view the feedback can also thank the feedback provider multiple times for the same feedback. When you send the thank you note, the feedback provider receives an email notification about it. They can also view the thank you note from their worklist.

Note:
  • The thank you feature is available only if the notification template Worker Thanks Anytime Feedback Provider, which is a part of the Anytime Feedback Provided alert, is enabled in Alerts Composer. Even if the feedback notification in Talent Notifications is disabled, you can still use this feature as long as the Anytime Feedback Provided alert is enabled.
  • The thank you note is not saved in the application. Therefore, it’s visible only in feedback provider’s email notification or worklist.
