Configure the Candidate Experience Skill Parameters

You can configure various custom parameters to enhance location and job category search and enable the digital assistant for multiple sites.

Here's how you configure the Candidate Experience skill parameters:

  1. In Oracle Digital Assistant, click Navigator to open the side menu, and then select Development > Skills.
  2. Enter the name of the Candidate Experience skill in the search box.
  3. Select the skill that you want to configure.
  4. In the skill's side menu, click the Settings icon.
  5. Click the Configuration tab.
  6. Scroll down to the Custom Parameters section of the page.
  7. Select the parameter that you want to configure and click Edit.
  8. Edit the values in the parameter as required, and click OK.

These are some parameters that you can configure in the Candidate Experience skill:
  • siteMapping and multisite: When there are multiple sites, you can enable a chat bot for each site using these two parameters. In the siteMapping parameter, specify the site number, channel, and site name for each site in the Value field. Next, edit the multisite parameter and enable the Value field.
  • maxSuggestionCount: By default, 10 suggestions are shown for the location and job category.
