Enable Insights in ODA

To understand how the skill is performing, you can enable Insights in Oracle Digital Assistant.

Before you start

Before you can do this, you need to:
  • Set up IDCS.
  • Get access to the ODA External Endpoint URL credentials.

Refer to Overview of Configuring Digital Assistant for more information on these prerequisites.

Follow these steps to enable Insights in ODA:

Here's what to do

  1. Based on the user privileges assigned to you, sign in to Oracle Digital Assistant using your SSO credentials.
  2. Click Navigator, select Development > Digital Assistants, and then select your digital assistant.
  3. From the side menu, click the Skills icon.
  4. Select the HCM skill that you have configured.
  5. Go to Navigation > Settings.
  6. Select Enable Insights to gain insights into how the skill is performing.
  7. Go to Navigation > Insights.
    Here you can see how the skill is performing. For example, complete versus incomplete conversations and the top resolved intents.
