Third Party Data Integration

Use the Configure Third Party Integration section in the Personal Brand Administration work area to integrate with third-party applications. The section enables you to create connectors that automatically get data from different sources such as Twitter, Facebook.

The data is then used to assess the personal brand of an employee if they have opted-in and authorized to have their social network posts read.

Third party data integration provides a simple guided flow that makes it easy to configure connectors.

Whether you use a predefined connector or configure one manually, third party data integration can connect to a source if it's RESTful compliant. This means you just need an OPEN API file from the source and can import that using third party data integration. Once you import the file, you need to map the data and flows from the source to the target application as per your requirements. Then, you can use the visual flow designer to review the mapping and refine it further. After creating a connector, you need to schedule it's run.
