Audit Access to Document Records Pages

You can monitor users who have accessed data on the Document Records and Mass Download of Document Records pages by using the Sensitive Data Access Audit page.

Here’s how you navigate to the page on the application home page: My Client Groups > Transaction Configuration and Audit > Sensitive Data Access Audit.

This table shows the data logged by the application in the PER_SENSITIVE_DATA_AUDIT table when the user accesses data:

Here are some points to consider for auditing the read access to document records:

• You can build a custom report to view the audit data by using the Workforce Management - Sensitive Data Access Audit Real Time OTBI subject area.
• You can track the following data:
  • Users who accessed the Document Records pages and not users who created or edited the document record.
  • Users who visited a page from where the attachment can be previewed or downloaded and not users who previewed or downloaded the document record attachment.
