Payment Calculation Only

Let's look at some worked examples of payroll calculation scenarios for an employee, in a single payroll period. These examples represent the information that’s displayed on the Payroll Activity Center milestone details page.

Employee has a payroll calculation in complete status. No other processes have been run for the payroll period. The record count is displayed as follows:

• Payroll Calculation: Employee count = 1

• Payroll Calculation: Critical issues = 0

• Pending Prepayment = 1 (The complete payroll calculation doesn’t have prepayment results yet.)

• Pending Transfer to Subledger Accounting = 1 (The complete payroll calculation hasn’t yet been transferred to SLA.)
