Data Set Post Processes

Use the Data Set Post Processes tab on the Configure HCM Data Loader to review and configure automatic submission of the data set level post processes.

Configuring Automatic Submission of Post Processes for Data Sets

In the Setup and Maintenance work area:

Select Configure HCM Data Loader task in the HCM Data Loader functional area.
On the Configure HCM Data Loader page, select the Data Set Post Processes tab.

Review the data set post processes available for automated submission by HCM Data Loader.
For supporting data set post processes, enable or disable the automatic submission.

This table explains the set-up for the data set post processes on this page:

Name	Description
Process Order	Preset order of processing of the data set post process. Note: If the processing order is the same for one or more post processes, then they'll be processed concurrently. If the processing order is incremental, then they'll be processed sequentially.
Process	Name of the data set post process.
Default	Default running state of the data set post process.
Override	If enabled, reset the default running state of the data set post process. Values are Yes and No.
Description	Describes the function of the data set post process.

Task Name	Name of the task for the data set post process. Use this to disable the process for a specific file.

To manage the automatic submission of post process for data sets, in the Data Set Post Processes page: Select the post process and review the value under the Default column.

The value: Yes, indicates that the data set post process will be automatically submitted whenever HCM Data Loader or HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader successfully loads data for it.
The value: No, indicates that the data set post process will never be submitted.
If the Override column is enabled for the selected post process, you can overwrite the default value by resetting it with the desired option.
