Overview of Seniority Dates
You can define, manage and use the seniority of workers using version 3 or version 1 of the seniority dates functionality.
You can configure V3 seniority dates using the Configure Seniority Dates task and a fast formula. You can manage them using the Seniority Dates task under Quick Actions.

How is the seniority date updated in this case? | The Legal Employer Seniority Date is corrected to 1-Apr-2018. | Provide an adjustment of 30 days for the configured Legal Employer Seniority Date. This will update the seniority date to 1-Apr-2018 when the ESS job is run. |

No configuration is required. Note: If you want to default the enterprise seniority date as the first hire date, you must set the Default Enterprise Seniority Date employment configuration option to Yes at the enterprise level. |
