Where can I add personalized content for employment guided processes?

You can add in the Additional Content region. You need to enable this region for individual self-service transactions using the HCM Experience Design Studio. You have the option to make the region required or optional.

You can then use the ADF page composer to add your personal content such as a video, company policies, or links to internal documents.
