Calibrated Performance Ratings in a Workforce Compensation Plan
Some organizations use a process called Performance Calibration to achieve a common agreement on a performance evaluation rating. Managers enter worker performance ratings in the performance documents. In the compensation plan, managers can edit ratings that override the ratings for workers in their performance documents.
In Workforce Compensation you can let managers and administrators know the calibration status of the Performance Management Rating for a selected worker. On the Performance Management task, enable performance ratings. Then, enable and configure the Calibration Status column in the Performance section of columns when you configure the worksheet display.
