Assign Areas of Responsibility |
Use the Schedule Manager responsibility type and Approval usage to set up relevant areas of responsibility for each scheduler in a schedule generation profile. This usage ensures the schedulers get the relevant self-service notifications. The scope needs to include the departments and locations that are in their schedule generation profiles. For example, a scheduler's profile and responsibility scope both have the Maternity department for Miami, but not Los Angeles. Thus they manage only the Maternity, Miami schedule. |
