The Employer Information Report EEO-1 (EEO-1 Report) is a federally-mandated annual compliance report for employers with more than 100 employees. It provides employment data categorized by race, gender, and predefined job categories.

When do I use this report? |
You must file EEO-1 Report with the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee not later than September 30. It must use employment numbers from any pay period in July through September of the reporting year. |
