Benefits and Pensions Card for the US
The Benefits and Pensions personal calculation card is a card you have to create manually for eligible employees.
It provides important info for:
-
403 (b) and Roth 403 (b) deferred compensation plans
-
457 (b) and Roth 457 (b) deferred compensation plans
What you want to do |
How you do it |
---|---|
Create the card |
Use the Calculations Cards task to add the card to eligible employees. You can use the HCM Data Loader to perform a mass update for multiple employees. For further info, see Loading US Data Using HCM Data Loader (2558276.1) on My Oracle Support. |
Add the deferred compensation plan to the card |
You add the plans as calculation components to the Benefits node. Before you can do this, you must have already defined the appropriate pretax deductions elements. |
Configure the plans on the card |
Once you have added the calculation components, configure then by adding the appropriate calculation values under Enterable Calculation Values on Calculation Cards. |
