Configure Event Alerts

Event alerts are based on predefined triggering criteria. You can't modify these criteria or create new alerts. However, based on the access level privileges defined for the alert, you can edit the notification templates and add new templates for a predefined alert.

All tokens are predefined for Event alerts. You can't modify them or add custom tokens. The predefined templates expose the tokens that are supported for a particular predefined Event alert. Only those tokens can be used in the custom template for the predefined alert. You've to manually type these tokens in the template, which is a one-time setup. You can refer to the predefined template to get the predefined tokens for Event alerts.
