Using the Rich Text Editor (RTE) toolbar, users can provide their feedback or notes
with formatted text, images, and URLs.
When you enable the RTE toolbar, it appears in all pages that use feedback or notes
across Talent Review, Goals, Performance Management, and so on. The exception to
this behavior is the Provide Feedback page (from Quick
Actions). When you enable it on the Provide Feedback page, the
changes aren’t carried over to other feedback pages and vice versa.
Note: You can’t enable the toolbar in feedback pages that are a part of VBCS-based
applications such as Connections or Touchpoints.
