Process Alert Notifications

You can process alert notifications on demand or schedule them for a specific date and frequency. See the security considerations before you process alert notifications.

Security Considerations

To process alert notifications:

• You must be an application administrator with the Integration Specialist role.

• You must be granted the function privilege Process a Predefined Alert (HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV).

• Ensure that only those recipients who should get access to the specified information are included in the message template. Alerts Composer doesn't apply data restrictions on the message content while sending notifications to recipients.
