Resolve Alert Run Errors
This topic explains how to identify and resolve errors that may occur when running alerts.
Follow these steps:

Enable the Log Activity History option on the Run Options tab when setting up an alert.

Use the Alerts History page to review the success, warning, and error messages for the alert.

Review the alert log to identify any processing errors of templates and filters.

Verify the application logs for Event alerts, if required, and take necessary action.

Verify the diagnostic logs on the Scheduled Processes page for Resource alerts, if required, and take necessary action.
