Overview of Payroll Interface for Neeyamo Payroll
Payroll Interface for Neeyamo payroll integrates Oracle HCM Cloud with Neeyamo Payroll application. Use this interface to extract information, such as the salary and earnings details of employees in the format required by Neeyamo Payroll.
Payroll Interface for Neeyamo Payroll extracts and reports only employee information and reports historical records for salary, element entries, and bank accounts on personal payment methods. These records include all effective-dated records that are effective within the specified extraction window. For all other data, the top of the stack record that is effective on the effective as of date, is reported. Please note that the value provided for the Process End Date parameter when submitting the interface is taken as effective as of date.

Element Entries
Element entries act as the pivot of integration between payroll and a range of other modules like Absence, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, and so on. Payroll Interface for Neeyamo Payroll has no restrictions when extracting element entry data. Element entries pertaining to all classifications are extracted if they are effective during the extraction period.
Due to the differences in the functional nature of element entries that are posted by various modules, additional configurations or minor fine tuning may be required to ensure that these entries are consumed by Neeyamo Payroll the way they are intended to be.
Setup Recommendations
Where possible record the employee information required for the country’s statutory deduction calculations directly on the payroll system. This is to keep a consistent approach across all the countries.
If you are already recording the information on Oracle Cloud (CIR Data), you need not record this information again on the payroll system.
