Create a Talent Review Super User Job Role

Create a Job Role

On the Roles tab of the Security Console, click Create Role.

On the Create Role: Basic Information page, enter the role name Talent Review Super User.

Enter the role code TALENT_REVIEW_SUPER_USER_JOB.

In the Role Category field, select HCM - Job Roles.

Click the Function Security Policies train stop.
Granting Functional Security Policies to the Job Role

On the Function Security Policies page, click Add Function Security Policy to open the Create Function Security Policy dialog box.

In the Create Function Security Policy dialog box, search for HRR_CONDUCT_TALENT_REVIEW_PRIV privilege and click Add Privilege to Role.

Search for another privilege, HRR_SCHEDULE_TALENT_REVIEW_MEETING_PRIV and click Add Privilege to Role.

Click the Data Security Policies train stop.
Granting Data Security Policies to the Job Role

On the Data Security Policies page, click Create Data Security Policy to open the Create Data Security Policy dialog box.

In the Create Data Security Policy dialog box, enter the policy name Talent Review Custom Policy.

Search for and select the database resource Talent Review Meeting (HRR_MEETINGS).

Select All values in the Data Set field.

Select Schedule Talent Review Meeting in the Actions field.

Click OK to close the Create Data Security Policy dialog box.
Create a Role Mapping
You create a role mapping to enable the Talent Review Super User Job Role to be provisioned to users.

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

Functional Area: Users and Security

Task: Manage Role Provisioning Rules

On the Role Mapping page, click the Create icon in the Search Results section.

In the Mapping Name field on the Create Role Mapping page, enter Access All Talent Review Meetings..

Complete the fields in the Conditions section as shown in this table.
