Available Dates When Generating Time Entries and Time Cards
To find people with a primary assignment to generate time for, use the available dates on the Generate Time Entries and Generate Time Cards pages.
The search finds only people with a primary assignment for the specified period. If your search criteria include a group, the search results show only people who are active members of the group during the period.
The time entry and time card parameters also use the available dates.
- They become the from and to dates that you want to generate the time entries for.
- They define the inclusive period that you want to generate the time cards for.
To open the process pages, on the or Team Time Cards page, click Generate.
