My Future Fund Calculation Card

The information retrieved from NAERSA is used to manage data held in the My Future Fund calculation card for pensions automatic enrolment.

  • If a calculation card doesn't exist for an employee, then it will automatically created as of the issue date.
  • If a calculation card already exists, the data held on the calculation card is updated as of the issue date, if there's been a change to the AEPN number.
  • You can also create a My Future Fund calculation card manually, if required. Ensure that you enter the details exactly as provided by NAERSA.
Navigation: My Client Groups > Payroll > Calculation Cards
  1. Search for and select the employee.
  2. Select the My Future Fund calculation card for the employee.
  3. The My Future Fund Calculation Information calculation component, My Future Fund Information and My Future Fund AEPN Details are automatically created.
  4. Review the details. You can view any updates to an existing calculation card using the Effective-As-of-Date.
