Oracle Search Cloud Service or OSCS Isn't Reachable

Follow these steps.

  1. Check the availability of search cloud service. To do so, submit the ESS process to check Search Cloud Service availability process.

  2. Create indexes and ingest predefined indexes. To do so, submit the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process.
    Note: This job should only be run once and not on a regular or scheduled basis.
