Search Is Not Returning Any Results

Perform one of these steps for HCM.

• If the issue happens to all users, then:

  • Review the functional index health (diagnostic report).
  • Review ACL index exists and computation has been completed for all users.
• If the issue happens to a single user only, then:
  • Review user’s ACL and regenerate if needed.
  • Review user’s access to search APIs.
