Search Not Returning Only Selected Records, Most Results Return As Expected

Follow these steps for HCM.

  • Verify missing record with diagnostic report (for example, provide person number in the diagnostic report and review the results). If record is missing in the functional index, work with support to ingest missing record.
  • Use the HCM data security preview page and verify if the user has access to record being searched.
  • Regenerate user’s ACL if needed.
