Guidelines for loading course and learning path outcomes using TalentProfile

Use the TalentProfile object and HCM Data Loader to load outcomes for courses and learning paths in Oracle Learning.

Set ProfileUsageCode to L for the outcome profile, and use a child ProfileItem object for each individual outcome. Use the TalentProfile SourceSystemId value as the ProfileId(SourceSystemId) value for the child ProfileItem object.

The ProfileItem attributes you need depend on the content type. For details, see Enhanced Profiles Section Templates Descriptions.

You can't use outcome profiles to load new skills to subscribed Skills Center sections.

Example of loading a course outcome

Here's how you can create an outcome profile and add an individual outcome.
