Guidelines for loading noncatalog learning and translations using HCM Data Loader

Use HCM Data Loader to load noncatalog learning and translations for learning completed outside Oracle Learning. Use NoncatalogLearningItem to create the learning, LearningRecord to associate it with learners, and NoncatalogLearningItemTranslation to load translations.

To verify that the noncatalog learning loaded, check a learner's learning history. To verify translated text, first change the Oracle Learning language and then check the learner's learning history.
