Configure Journey Task Based on Duration Before or After Transaction Effective Date

  1. Set up criteria for task due.
    1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
    2. Select the template.
    3. In the Tasks section, edit the task to configure.
    4. In the Select criteria for task due field, select On specific date.
    5. Enter the duration number and whether the task ends before or after action date.
  2. Set up criteria for starting task.
    1. Click the Advanced tab.
    2. In the Criteria for starting task field, select On specific date.
    3. Enter the duration number and whether the task starts before or after action date.
    4. Click Save.
