Translate Journey Template Attributes Using Generative AI

Here's an example of how you can translate attributes of the Redwood Employee Onboarding journey template to Korean language.

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
2. Search for the Employee Onboarding template.
3. Click the Employee Onboarding template name and select the Translation Editor value from the More Actions menu.
4. In the Language column, select Korean and click Edit.
5. Review the populated template attributes and click Generate.

   Generative AI translates the attribute values to Korean language.

6. Click Update.
7. Close the Translation Editor window.

Note:

• Only those text attributes that have a value will appear in the translation panel drawer.
• If you no longer require the translated values, you can update the translated text with the base language text.
