View and Manage Tasks in Diagram Layout for Journey Template

You can enable users to view, organize, and manage tasks and task groups in the journey template setup through an interactive diagrammer interface.

This interface layout accessed through the new Visualize tab on the journey template provides a clear visual representation of task flows and dependencies.

Here’s how you can view and manage tasks in the diagram layout:

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
2. Search for or filter the journey template and click the template name.
3. Click the Visualize tab.
4. Click Add to add a new task or task group.
5. Click Change Layout if you want to view the diagram vertically.
6. Click a task block to edit the task.
