Statuses and Available Actions

Each update on the Legislative Data Updates page displays a status and the actions you can take is based on the status of the update.

At the beginning of a year, the status of all updates is Not Run. Some updates may also have a status of Not Scheduled.

This table lists the status of an update and the actions you can take based on the status of the update. The application automatically changes the status based on the action you take on an update.

Update Statuses and Available Actions

Status Description Available Action
Not Run Status of updates at the beginning of the year. If it's not a required update, you can Opt Out of the update before the current monthly update.
Opted Out Status of an update you have decided to opt out.
  • You can Opt In the update before the current monthly update.
  • If you don’t choose to opt in before the current monthly update, the status of the update changes automatically to Skipped.
Skipped Status of an update you have decided to opt out and you have not chosen to opt in before the next monthly update.
  • If the current month's update is not yet run, you can use Run Now to execute the update.
  • If the next month's update has already run, the Actions menu becomes blank. No actions are available for you to take.
Submitted Status of an update after it's just run. The submitted update will then transition to In Progress status.
In Progress The submitted update is in progress. Use the View Flow Details action to view flow info.
Error The submitted update has errored. Use the View Flow Details action to view the flow info. and correct issues if any.
Completed The update has completed successfully. Use the View Flow Details action to view flow info.
Not Scheduled Indicates that this update was never meant to be run. Nil
