Employee's view of Touchpoints

Oracle Fusion Cloud Touchpoints enables managers and employees to have informed and meaningful interactions. Using this application, employees are encouraged to take the necessary steps to improve engagement levels and build trust with their team, while being supported with tools to voice their opinions and proactively enhance their work interactions.
Start on the Home page.
Click Touchpoints.
The employee’s Touchpoints page is a dashboard that provides them with a snapshot of how they’re doing. One of the first things they see when they land on this page is the Pulse survey graph. This presents to the employee how their responses to the pulse survey translate to their sentiment score over time.
Highlight Pulse score.
The Events and Interactions timeline displays feedback and celebrations they’ve received, as well as past, present, and upcoming check-ins. They can convert this into a list view if needed and sort based on event date and type.
Highlight Events and Interactions.
Click View List.
Click View Timeline.
Employees can drill down for more details on any of the items on the timeline. For example, they can view and add details for an upcoming check-in.
In the timeline, click the check-in on 4/21.
They can create new topics, and add comments to any topics the manager has on the agenda.

Click to expand Competency: Quality and Assurance.
They can also select from the AI-suggested topics.

These suggestions are based on the employee’s role and responsibilities, as well as open topics from previous check-ins.

The Recommendations for you, or nudges, are specific to this employee and help promote employee engagement and a stronger relationship between the employee and their manager. They can be dismissed or added to a check-in as needed.

Employees can schedule check-ins with their managers as needed.

Click the More Actions icon.
They also have several actions they can take on this page. They can give and request feedback and recognize colleagues and managers.
