Manager's view of Touchpoints

Touchpoints enables managers and employees to have informed and meaningful interactions. Using this application, managers are encouraged to take the necessary steps to improve engagement levels and build trust with their team, and employees are supported with tools to voice their opinions and proactively enhance their work interactions.
Click My Team.
Click Touchpoints.
The manager’s Touchpoints Summary page is a dashboard that gives them a snapshot of how their team is doing. You can quickly see their average number of interactions, which includes celebrations, feedback, and check-ins with their team, and how those measure against the rest of the organization over the last 3 months.
Highlight the Dashboard.
The manager’s reports, including dotted-line reports, are listed on this graph and display how many check-ins, recognitions and rewards, and feedback each of their reports has received.
Hover over each of the colors in the bar graph for Mia Allen.
You can use these lines to identify the average number of interactions for the organization average and their team.
Hover over the Organization Average and Team Average lines in the Interactions graph.
Managers can also see a list view of this graph, which you can sort and search through as needed.
Right-click the Interactions graph and select See list view.
Highlight the sort function.
Highlight the Search field.
Click Close.
Managers can review their team’s responses to the Pulse survey that’s used to measure employee sentiment. The survey can be set up as a daily, weekly, or monthly survey. The Pulse survey is extensible, and can be hidden if needed.

At the bottom of the page are the Upcoming check-ins, Overdue check-ins, and Low Pulse score analytics. These quickly inform the manager about who they’re meeting with soon, who hasn’t had a check-in lately, and who might need extra attention based on engagement signals.
Highlight each analytic as they’re mentioned in the narration.
Managers in multi-level organizations can also use the Switch Team function to look at their indirect reports to help influence and encourage their engagement.
Click Switch Team.
Click Close.
You can click the Employees tab to open the Employees list page.
Click Employees.
All the manager’s reports are listed here, including dotted line reports. You can sort, filter, and search the Employee list as needed.
Highlight the sort, filters, and search field when mentioned in the narration.
You can view the latest pulse scores, the 7-day trend lines for individual team members, and the individual check-ins schedule.

Highlight the list of next check-ins.
From here you can also drill down on a specific employee for more details.
Click Mia Allen.
On the employee’s individual Touchpoints page, you can review the historical Pulse scores for this specific employee. This gives you the opportunity to focus on how this employee’s scores are trending to inform whether further or different engagement is needed. Again, the Pulse survey is extensible, and can be hidden if needed.

You can use this timeline to review all the employee’s interactions, including past and future check-ins, recognitions, celebrations and awards, and feedback.
Highlight Events and Interactions.
You can also convert this into a list view if needed and sort based on event date and type.
Click View List.
Recommendations for the manager, or nudges, listed here can serve as automatic prompts or reminders.
Highlight Recommendations for you.
Click Recognize.
In the Recognition Program field select Bravo.
Under Core Values select Performance and Leadership.
In the Headline field, enter Thank you!
In the text field, enter Your performance and leadership last quarter have made a huge impact on our team. Thank you!
There are a number of actions you can take for this employee, including giving and requesting feedback, and sending an award or recognition.
Click Recognize.
You can also quickly schedule a recurring check-in.
Click Schedule Check-In.
Select the Review Period, Template, Start Date, and the Frequency. Then select the day of the week for the recurring meeting and if you want it to end after a specific number of meetings or on a specific date.
In the Review Period field, select 2025 RP.
In the Template field, select Career Development.
In the Date field, select today’s date.
In the Frequency field, select Week.
In the Days of the week field, select Wednesday.
In the On specific date field, select June 30.
Click Save.
You have the option to create a .ics invite for the meeting.
Highlight the Create meeting invite check box.
Click the Create meeting invite check box.
You can select the time for the meeting, the location, and add any additional details.
In the Meeting Start Date and Time field, click the Calendar icon.
Click the time.
Select 1 PM.
Click Done.
In the Location field, enter 210.
Highlight the Additional details field.
Then you can build the agenda for the meeting. You can create discussion topics, as well as select from the AI-suggested topics. These suggestions are based on the employee’s role and responsibilities, as well as open topics from previous check-ins.
Click Suggested Topics.
Highlight the first section of suggested topics.
Highlight the list of open topics from previous discussions.
After you build the agenda, click Schedule.
Click Schedule.
Scroll to the bottom of the check-in list and click Recurring Check-In.
During the check-in, you can look at and add topics, you can delete a topic, or mark a topic as discussed, which will remove it from being suggested for future conversations.
Click Suggested Topics.
In the Project Progress and Challenges row, highlight the Delete icon.
Click to expand Project Progress and Challenges.
Highlight the Mark as Discussed button.
You can also discuss, add, and edit goals.
Click Goals.
Click the Add icon for the top goal in the list.
Click to expand the goal you just added.
Click View goal details.
Highlight the Edit icon.
Click Close.
Click Suggested Topics.
You can also discuss and add feedback, competencies, and skills.
Click Feedback.
Click Competencies.
Click Skills.
Click Close.
After the check-in is done, you can decide what actions are needed as a result.
Click Suggested Actions.
You can use the AI-suggested actions, which are based on the topic names and topic notes. These can be performance or development goals, that you can assign as needed.
Click Close.
After the check-in is done, you can Update it and leave it open, or close it. Thanks for watching.
