Mass Hiring Events - Part 1: How do I enable interviews?
In part 1 of our 3 part series on mass hiring events, we’ll look at enabling and setting up interviews.
The videos fades in on the Create Event page.
As an event team member, when I’m creating an event, I can enable interviews by selecting this check box. I can enable or disable interviews for an event until the event is posted.
The video fades out and then fades in to the Interviewers page in the ATL Downtown Hiring Event (137007).
Once interviews have been enabled for an event, I’ll see the Interviewers section on the left.
Click Add Another Interviewer.
I’ve already added two interviewers, now I’ll add one more. I can add anyone as an interviewer who’s an employee or contractor within the company. They don’t need to be a recruiter or hiring manager.
In the Interviewers field, enter Bernardo bruno.
Click to select Bernardo Bruno from the search results.
Click Save.
Click the ellipsis.

Click the ellipsis.
The video fades out and then fades in to the Home page of the application.
Click the Notifications icon and then click the interview team notification with the link to the shortlisting form for this event.
Click the link to access the Shortlisting Form.
