Mass Hiring Events - Part 3: How do I review the shortlist and process offers?

In part 3 of our 3-part series on Mass Hiring Events, we’ll look at reviewing shortlisted candidates and moving them to the offer stage.

Click Audience.

Click Show Filters.

As the interviews progress, event team members can immediately see the shortlisted status of all the candidates.

There are several filters event team members can use to refine the list of candidates they’re looking at, including Interviewers and Shortlisted.

Click to expand the Interviewers filter.

Click to expand the Shortlisted filter.

Click No.

They can review the responses and comments for a candidate to see why they were or were not shortlisted.

Click the Smiley, Don link.

Click Feedback.

Here they can see who the interviewer was, the candidate’s shortlist status, and any comments.

Click Back.

Click Back.

Click Audience.

At the end of the event, event team members can see the final numbers for how many people registered, how many people attended, and how many people were shortlisted.

In the Shortlisted filter section, click Yes.

They can then quickly select shortlisted candidates and add them to specific requisitions they’re hiring for in order to process offers.

Click the Evans, Grace check box.

Click the Actions drop-down list and select Add to Requisition.

In the Requisition drop-down list, enter manager.

Select a manager requisition.

Click Save and Close.
