How do I populate the performance history graph?
You can configure a compensation plan to enable performance ratings and to integrate with the performance management business process. Let’s go through the settings required to view the Performance Rating History with the Compensation worksheet. You’ll need administrator privileges to view and change these settings.
Start on the Home page.
First, open the Manage Administrator Profile Values.
Click Settings and Actions and select Setup and Maintenance.
Click the Tasks icon and select Search.
In the Search field enter Manage Administrator Profile Values.
Click Search.
In the Search Results, click the Manage Administrator Profile Values link.
In the Profile Option Code field, enter HRA_DEFAULT_RATING_MODEL.
Click Search.
Confirm the profile is at the Site level, and the Profile Value is Performance Rating Model.
Click the Home icon.
Click My Client Groups.
Click Performance.
Then open the overall summary section in the Performance template.
Click Performance Template Sections.
In the Name field enter overall summary.
Click Search.
In the Search Results click the Overall Summary link.
Confirm the Section Rating Model is Performance Rating Model.
Click Cancel.
Click the Back icon.
Click Performance Documents.
Next, verify that the employee you want to view performance info for has at least 1 completed annual evaluation, and a current evaluation that's either in progress or completed.
Click the Review Period drop-down list and select 2022 Annual Cycle.
Click the Performance Document drop-down list and select 2022 Annual Evaluation.
In the Employee field, enter mccullum and then select Barbara McCullum.
In the Document Status section, click Completed.
Click the Back icon.
Click the Back icon.
Then, open the Configure Performance Ratings page.
Click Compensation.
Click Workforce Compensation Plans.
In the Plan field enter performance.
Click Search.
In the Search Results, click the Performance Calibration link.
In the Configure Worksheets section, click the Performance Ratings link.
Make sure the Performance Document Type and the Performance Template and Period Name are linked, and that the Period Name is the current or latest evaluation.
Click Cancel.
And finally, verify that Performance History is enabled.
Navigate to Worksheet Display and click the Performance Calibration link.
Click the Detail Table tab.
Click to expand Performance.
Click Cancel.
Now that you’ve confirmed all the necessary settings, run the Start Workforce Compensation process.
The video fades out, then fades back in to the Home page, now signed in as the manager Shane Tatum.
Then managers can access the Performance Calibration plan.
Click My Team.
Click Workforce Compensation.
Click the 1 of 13 link and select Performance Calibration 2023 Performance plan link.
Click the Performance Calibration task link.
Run the Performance Calibration task, and view the Performance History.
In the McCallum, Barbara row, click the Performance History icon.
