How Grow Helps in Your Current Role

In the Excel in Your Current Role tab, you can view and track the progress of your current learning. You can view suggested learning for your skill set, your careers of interest, and learning topics you’re following.

You can also view learning that’s relevant to the gigs you’ve identified as your favorites, learning that’s popular in your peer group, and featured or recently added learning to the learning topics that you follow. Grow also recommends opportunities and resources that are popular among the people in your role.
