Set Up Grow Coach
Grow Coach is a delivered agent in Oracle AI Agent Studio. You can view it on the Agent Teams tab. The agent code is ORA_HCM_HRT_GROW_COACH. No extra configuration or changes are required for this delivered agent.
Prerequisites and access requirements
- Deploy the required Oracle Applications Platform services in your environment. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.
- Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration
(
ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes. - Enable the applicable AI Agent Studio permission groups for the appropriate roles. For details, see Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
- For employees to access Grow Coach in AI Agent Studio and on the Grow page, assign the Grow Coach Access Duty Role Spectra Authorization Service (SAS) duty role to them. This duty role is included by default in the delivered employee and contingent worker roles.
Set up the Grow Coach banner
- Create a guided journey and associate the Grow Coach agent with it.
- Add the guided journey code to the Grow page.
