Set Up Grow Coach
Grow Coach is a delivered agent in Oracle AI Agent Studio. You can view it on the Agent Teams tab. The agent code is ORA_HCM_HRT_GROW_COACH. No extra configuration or changes are required for this delivered agent.
Prerequisites
To access AI Agent Studio, you need to:
- Deploy the required Oracle Applications Platform services in your environment. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.
- Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration
(
ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes.
Access Requirements for Grow Coach
The AI agents that users can view depend on the roles and privileges assigned to them. An AI Agent Studio administrator must explicitly grant the user's role access to the agent. For more information, see How can I give users access to AI agents and Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
To access Grow Coach in AI Agent Studio and on the Grow page, users must have the following Spectra Authorization Service (SAS) duty role:
- Grow Coach Access Duty Role
This duty role is included by default in the delivered employee and contingent worker roles. If you're creating a custom role, add this duty role to the role.
