Set Up Grow Coach Workspace

Grow Coach Workspace is a delivered application in Oracle AI Agent Studio. You can view it on the Applications tab. No extra configuration or changes are required.

Prerequisites and access requirements

  1. Deploy the required Oracle Applications Platform services in your environment. For details, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.
  2. Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes.
  3. Enable the applicable AI Agent Studio permission groups for the appropriate roles. For details, see Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
  4. Assign the Access Grow Coach Workspace (HRT_ACCESS_GROW_COACH_WORKSPACE_PRIV) function security privilege to employees.
  5. Implement Grow and set up data for the Grow swim lanes.
