Use Grow Coach for Learning Guidance
Grow Coach helps you decide what to learn next based on information from your Grow page, such as your current role, career goals, manager recommendations, skills you're developing, and assigned learning. It recommends learning that's most relevant to your career development.

- Grow Coach Workspace: This is an agentic application that provides a dedicated visual experience where you can review and manage your skill and learning priorities. You access it from . Ask Oracle chat is another feature in this app.
You can ask questions in natural language in both Grow Coach and Ask Oracle chat in Grow Coach Workspace to get personalized learning recommendations and guidance. Some examples:
- What should I learn next?
- Give me a quick win course based on my career gaps.
- I have 30 minutes to learn something. What should I learn?
- List the skills my manager wants me to develop. Don't show me courses.
- Create a prioritized learning plan for me.
- Why is a skill on my priority list, and what is its source?
- Why does one skill rank higher than another?
- Where are the gaps for my current role?
- Which learning activities can help me address multiple role gaps?
When you ask Grow Coach for your skill priorities, it considers skills assigned by your manager first, followed by skills from capability guides or role guides, current role gap skills, career-of-interest skills, and skills that you're developing. You can also ask why a skill was recommended or why it has a particular priority.
Grow Coach can also identify overdue required learning and recommend that you complete required assignments before optional development activities. Because it maintains the context of your conversation, you can ask follow-up questions to refine your learning plan without starting over. Completed learning isn't included in the prioritized development activities.

- Grow Coach provides the most relevant recommendations when your Grow page includes learning recommendations, career interests, manager-assigned skills, and other career development information.
- Review the details of recommended learning before you enroll because some learning items might not include complete descriptions.
- Complete overdue required learning before optional recommendations because Grow Coach prioritizes required learning that could affect compliance or professional requirements.
