How do I validate my addresses for the US?

There are a couple ways to validate location and person addresses.

• If you've enabled address validation, all location and person addresses are automatically validated to the street address line 1 level. This includes addresses you:

  • Entered manually in the UI

  • Uploaded through HCM Data Loader (HDL) or Representational State Transfer (REST) API

• Use the Address Validation Process to check addresses that are in the system but haven't been validated, such as after uploading them with validation disabled.

Note:

You can't use these options to validate address records associated with candidates, contingent workers, or contacts.
