How do I add an employer phone number and email to forms W-2PR and W-2cPR?

To do this:

  1. Start the Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information task.

  2. Search for and select the tax reporting unit (TRU).

  3. Click Edit and then Update.

  4. Click Tax Reporting Unit and then Puerto Rico.

  5. In Puerto Rico W-2 Reporting Rules Overrides, update these fields.

    • Employer Phone Number

    • Employer Email

  6. Click Submit.
