How do I set the control numbers on forms W-2PR and W-2cPR?

There's a couple ways you can do this.

• Use the Calculation Entries task to manually update the person's calculation card

• Run the Assign Control Number for Puerto Rico Employees flow

  Before you can run this flow, you must have set the begin and end range limits for the W-2PR control numbers.

  Note:

  You can't use this flow for W-2cPR control numbers.
