Run HCM ACL Initial Ingestion

1. Go to Tools > Scheduled Processes and click Schedule New Process.
2. Select ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS from the menu and click OK.
   You won't need to run this process again after your quarterly updates.
