About Profile Options

Profile options are permanent user preferences and system configuration options. You can view and edit them. For full list of profile options, see Setup section of Configuring Oracle CX for Consumer Goods (My Oracle Support Document ID 2768834.2).

View and Edit Profile Options

Here's how you can view profile options:

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance work area.

2. Click Tasks > Search and enter Manage Profile Options.

   Open the task.

3. Search using the profile option code.

Here's how you can edit profile options:

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance work area.

2. Click Tasks > Search and enter Manage Administrator Profile Values.

   Open the task.

3. Search using the profile option code.

4. Change the profile value.

5. Click Save and Close.
