Manage Marketing Development Funds

As marketing managers, you have access to create, edit, and delete Marketing Development Funds (MDF) records. The channel operations manager custom role can create, edit, and delete access to MDF records and add to the marketing manager users.

To add channel operations role to marketing manager users:

1. Navigate to Users on the Security Console in Tools.

2. Search for the marketing manager users.

   Tip:

   Search for Marketing Manager to view a list of all the marketing manager users in the search results.

3. Select the marketing manager user individually.

4. Click Edit.

5. On the Roles section of the Edit User Account page, click Add Role.

6. On the Add Role Membership window, search for Channel Operations Manager Custom.

7. Select the Channel Operations Manager Custom role from the search results and click Add Role Membership.

8. Click Done > Save and Close.

The channel operations manager custom role is added to all the marketing manager users. The marketing manager users now have access to create, edit, and delete access to budgets and funds.
