Create Orders from the Shopping Cart
Here's how you create orders during your store visit using the shopping cart.
As a salesperson, you can add the following items to the shopping cart:

Inventory items from the Inventory Audit page

Promotions from the Promotions details page

Products by searching and selecting products from the Shopping Cart page

Order Category, Contract, and Distributor from the list
If your route has been assigned with a category, you see the products and promotions associated with that category.
The product selection page lists the priority products followed by the regular products. You can see the priority groups that are configured in the priority portfolio associated with the account. Priority Portfolio consists of the product groups that are displayed on the Priority Group section on the Products page.
To add products and promotions to the shopping cart and create an order:

On the Appointments tab of the Calendar page, expand the appointment card, and tap Check In.

On the Tasks tab, tap the Shopping Cart icon.

Select and add products from one or multiple templates, priority groups, or assortments:

Select and add the products.
Note:You can add products from multiple templates, groups, or assortments.

Specify the required quantity for each product. After picking one product from shopping cart picker, if that product is set to a preferred UOM, then upon selection, the value will be different. That is, it will take the preferred one as the default value.

Add any valid UOM to UOM conversion picker if user wants to change the preferred UOM to any valid UOM for this assortment line.

The current shopping cart UOM is always in sync with products, priorities, and template.

To add promotions:

Tap Promotions from the Actions menu.
Note:The Actions menu isn't available if there are products or promotions added to the cart. In this case, tap Promotions icon on the page header to add promotions to the cart.

Tap the promotion on the Promotions page.

Add the products and enter a quantity as required and tap Add All to Cart.

Tap Back icon twice to return to the Shopping Cart page.

Once the shopping cart is updated, click Submit to create an order.
Only when an account has an associated assortment, the priority products for the account are listed.
Additionally, as a salesperson, you can add order category, order contract, and distributor while capturing the order.
