Surveys Using Intelligent Advisor

Ensure that you configure your surveys in Intelligent Advisor so that the salesperson can perform surveys during their store visits.

Let's look at the following prerequisites to work with surveys:

1. Author account survey and promotion compliance audit surveys using Oracle Policy Modeling.

   Note: Follow the instructions in Install Policy Modeling to download. Ensure that you're using the latest version.

2. Use the command-line administration tool to deploy the policy modeling to the hub. Note that you can't deploy it from Policy Modeling.

3. Create a record of the survey using the same name used during the creation in Intelligent Advisor and associate the survey with the account.
