Create a Service Request Category
You must create a service request category for billing adjustment to support the billing adjustment process.

Go to Navigator > Others > Setup and Maintenance.

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

Offering: Service
-
Functional Area: Service Request

Task: Manage Service Request Categories

In the Service Request Categories page, click Create Category > Create Top-Level Category.

In the Create Level Category dialog box, select the appropriate business unit, and enter the following values.

Category Name: Billing Adjustment

Short Code: ATC_BILLING_ADJUSTMENT

When you're done, click Save.
